With over 40 years experience in both commercial and residential building, Malcolm’s experience is second to none. Specialising for over 25 years in high end residential development in Melbourne’s leading suburbs, Malcolm has built Montage Developments into the HIA awarded industry leader it is today. One of the few builders awarded the prestigious Platinum Award for 40 years membership, and winner of multiple HIA awards. Malcolm carries both a residential and commercial Building licence.
Baden joined the family business 25 years ago bringing youth and balance to his father’s envious experience. Initially he formally trained as a Carpenter and then completed a Diploma of Applied Science (Building & Construction). As a result, Baden understands the industry from the ground up and his day to day ‘hands on’ approach is highly valued by both his suppliers and clients alike. Baden carries both a commercial and residential Building licence.
